I’ve built workflows, untangled the org chart, developed high-performing teams, and established accountability rhythms. With strong operational foundations, I’ve helped companies achieve 10x revenue growth, scale teams from 2 to 15 people across departments, and learn what it takes to navigate rapid growth and business transformation.

After years of working alongside founders, I’ve found that I am most in my element when simplifying operational complexity. When a big-picture strategy requires bringing together various ideas, systems, or people into smoothly functioning solutions, I can confidently step in to help founders bridge the gap between ideation and execution.

My experience spans technology startups, venture capital & private equity, media, direct-to-consumer, and manufacturing, showing that the fundamentals of strong operations, structure, systems, and accountability translate across industries.

Throughout my career, I’ve held operations roles at an NYC-based tech startup, then moved to Chicago, where I worked alongside high-net-worth investors and high-profile tech founders. Eventually, it brought me to Colorado — where I learned what it actually takes to build an outdoor brand from the inside.

Denver, Colorado, is now home – here you can find me outside soaking up our 300 days of sunshine by a river, hiking or skiing in the mountains, or relaxing in my backyard. And if I’m not outside, I’m efficiently navigating an airport to explore new places, or I’m enjoying a glass of wine to deepen my industry knowledge.
